Incident Date: 2/15/06 Time: 11 pm Location: Cleveland, OH Sometime between 11-11:15pm a 59 year old female, Carol P., left her daughter's house and was driving home down Fulton Rd. She was between Storer Ave. and I71 when she saw an unusual object low in the sky about a block away. The object was in front of her to the right hand side. She describes the object as being a dark silver color with an elliptical disk profile. It was not quite as big as a blimp. No sound was heard but there was a circle of lights as well as some in the middle that were flickering. They were as bright as street lights. The colors she distinctly remembers seeing were blue and yellow. She said the object "seemed like it was going down". She contunued to drive south while the object moved overhead to the East. It moved over some trees and she lost sight of it. The sighting duration is estimated at about 35-40 seconds. This object was sighted in a densly populated area. There may be more witnesses.
