Description (In Witness's Own Words): What i saw that night was something really strange. I saw a oval shped object in the sky with blinking lights on the side. The colors were blue, red , green and many more. Then there was a really bright white beam that came from the underside of the object.

Investigator's Notes: Whatever the witness saw was flying under 6,000 feet given the cloud conditions at the time of the sighting. More description is needed regarding the white beam mentioned by the witness. I have written to the witness to obtain more details. This case will be referred to a local investigator in the Cleveland. Any updates will be posted.
